It is also very difficult today to come across an individual who has not tried at least 1 such item. But the question is, why have health care products suddenly become so popular? Obviously, there is a huge demand in the market and the industry has become a multi-billion one and is growing daily. Why this amazing jump in the last 2 decades?

Probably the number 1 reason for this is the increased awareness and consciousness among people that they need to stay fit to live long. Most have realized that going to the gym may not be enough. They need to eat well and diet properly to reduce the chance of illnesses.

But the problem is that, with the pace of modern life picking up, it is extremely difficult to lead a planned life these days. Many busy executives these days even skip lunch on multiple occasions every week. There is simply never enough time. This is obviously not healthy.
