Natural Health Products also referred to as NHPs, are gaining in popularity. These health products come in several forms such as herbal products, vitamin and mineral supplements, ancient Chinese remedies, Ayurvedic and other traditional medicines, homeopathic preparations, holistic products and more.

In most cases, natural health products have been used for centuries. For example in Ayurveda, you will come across traditional Indian remedies for various health conditions including surgery. While 50 years back most of the Western society just pushed it under the rug, modern science is only now beginning to understand and comprehend the depth of this ancient practice and appreciate it. 4. How did I know that this product works? Is the evidence genuine?
